What’s the difference between a turbine rebuild and a turbine replacement?

A rebuild replaces the worn bearings and O-rings inside your existing turbine. A replacement swaps in a completely new turbine assembly. Rebuilds typically cost about half the price of a replacement. Replacement is the right path when the turbine is worn past what a rebuild can reliably fix, not before.
