- The handpiece is carefully disassembled so internal components can be evaluated.
- Any debris, buildup, or corrosion that could affect performance is removed.
Precision Turbine Rebuild (When Safe and Advisable)
- On high-speed handpieces, we remove the worn bearings and rebuild the turbine using brand-new ceramic bearings that meet all manufacturer specifications.
- We replace O-rings and any other parts that show wear beyond what’s acceptable for optimal performance.
OEM Turbine Replacement When Requested
- We maintain a stock of OEM turbines if you prefer to stick wiht the compnay that built your handpiece.
Testing to Manufacturer Standards
- Every repaired handpiece is tested for speed, balance, noise, and smooth operation.
- We only send a handpiece back when it meets the performance criteria we would expect from a factory-new instrument.
